Its as easy as this brother. Dump whatever nicotine you got in the commode and flush. Wash the can in the sink so there is no reminisce. Throw the can away and never again for any reason put that crud in your mouth again. Here you can learn how life is so much better without the poison. We will walk shoulder to shoulder with you while your taking your life back. We are actually quitting right beside you. Yea, everyone of us are addicts to nicotine just like you.
We would love to have you here with us fighting this addiction brother. Right now you wonder how you can go through life without it. Here's the answer. One day at a time. Not only can you live without it, but you can have a much better life without it.
Right now you are spending your hard earned money on something that is slowly killing you while sucking your dignity and integrity from you. The poison takes until there is nothing left to take.
After you dump that can and follow all the procedures go to top left. Welcome center. Learn how and why to post roll. Pay particular attention to why. Much more important than how. You will be in the October group. Your group is when you will be 100 days without nicotine. So how about it, are you tired of being a slave to a weed? It's up to you. I would love to quit with you.

Iv tried a couple times before, but didnt have enough encouragement to quit.
let's clarify a couple of things in your intro whether intended or not ...
1. not enough support
Your quit Decision (http://forum.killthecan.org/index.php?showtopic=1791&view=findpost&p=4771433) MUST be 100% about you. Anything short of that sets you up for failure by allowing your addict brain to blame a given situation as reason for you to go back to the can. Quitting out of fear of a medical issue fades as soon as the doctor or dentist gives you a clean bill of health.
2. Hoping is like wishing - own your quit or be owned by it
