Welcome to KTC and more important welcome to December 14. To be honest you are starting with some disadvantages but nothing all that can be history if do what works here. We post roll here everyday, first thing everyday. Wake up, piss and post roll. You have done great on your own for 83 but there is a reason you came here. Posting roll is your promise/your word that you will not use nic today, just today. One day at a time.

We will worry about tomorrow when tomorrow comes and when it does we will wake up, piss and post roll. The brotherhood here works. Get in December's room and start posting and getting to know all of us in December. Get on live chat and meet vets, newbies and other quitters. Grab a glass and drink the koolaid, it works. Pm me and see you at roll. Quit with you today.

Sir Nope.

I, too, first posted after having a pretty good quit under my belt. I realized I'd rather have a bit of help than cave and waste all of those quit days.
I am glad you decided to introduce yourself, jhdorn. There is no shame in it and in fact, you made a great choice. Personally, I know I would have caved if I hadn't come on board.
Come over to December with us and start posting. PM me if you need anything. Welcome aboard, I quit with you today.

Did the same thing a little bit sooner, joined around 70 days of quit. The only disadvantage is that you might have to work a bit to get involved in your quit group. Get numbers, post often. Meet some guys and listen to their stories and share yours.

The big advantage is that you're two months quit! Keep on adding +1's EDD and you'll stay that way. Remember, the HOF and other mile markers are just that — points where you pat yourself on the back and say "All right, let's do another 100."

The only way you stay quit is by quitting each and every damn day for the rest of your life. It's a shitty cross to bear, but we got ourselves into this mess. So keep posting roll and promising that you won't use nicotine. Life is better because of it.
