Title: it's time to do this

I went tobacco free on Monday, June 28, 2010! Am using herbal snuff to have something in the lip. I started dipping snuff at 9 years old ( big misstake ), now 35 years later ( stupid ) I am going to take on the challange. I'm in the fog and hope it does not stay like this long?

In 3 days the worst will be behind you. . . and as long as you never dip again, you won't ever have to go through these days.
