Title: triggers
Post by: JD4720 on August 29, 2012, 04:14:00 PM
I have read about triggers several places on this site. It seemed like breathing was my only trigger and I dont think I can eliminate that one. How in the hell can day 4 seem so much worse than 1-3 'bang head'

Just think about how far you've come. I'm right there with ya right now. Remember posting roll. Punch a wall, scream in the bathroom, call a fellow quitter, hop on chat.

Fuck the nic man. Fight it. You got it.

Day 4 was bad for me in the number of craves. They weren't necessarily any stronger just more frequent. Just make it thru today man. That's all ya gotta do. It does get better. You're one day closer.

For me it was day 6  7 we are all different and have different reactions. Just embrace what comes face it head on and win your balls and confidence will grow!
