Hey guys, I've tossed up the idea of quitting chew for several months now with several failed attempts, this time I'm serious with every chew that I put in I feel disgusted and full of regret, I have a bad case of anxiety and use chewing as a crutch but I know that's the not best method of recovery now.

If you will read some intros and post , I would say well over half people on here have anxiety issues here. Guess what there here going strong, without nic. If that's what you want, post Roll for the admission to the quit house! Ktc! Read the welcome center and learn how to post. Then the badass quitters come out of the woodwork!

Nice job getting on roll! B)B
No nicotine for you tonight. Get back here as soon as you wake up tomorrow and post a DAY 2 in March 16. Then keep your word and don't use nicotine for 24 hours.
You can do it. If you need help pop into Live Chat here. Or better yet swap some digits with a few of your March brothers. B)B

Thank's, I have a couple weeks off from work starting tomorrow so I'm going to utilize being at home to my advantage. Both excited and nervous but the reward in the end is far more greater then being a addict.

Unfortunately, there is no past tense on the word "addict". We will always be addicts and there is no cure. Quit with us one day at a time and you will gain freedom, but you will never be cured.

I used to regret the 17-18 years I dipped, but now I don't. I can't change the past, but I can control my addiction by posting roll and having a support system in place for the hard times.
