My name is Caleb.
I just took out my last dip that I ever want to have.
I am honestly terrified of what the next few days will hold. It seems like my decision to quit changes every 15 minutes. I want to and then I don't. I guess the only way to actually do it is to start somewhere so I came here.
Here we go.. day 1.

Hey Caleb. Glad you are here. If I can help you get started or answer any questions feel free to ask. The first several days really do suck. I had headaches, couldn’t sleep, and couldn’t focus. You can get through it and although I am only 20 days in I can tell you it gets much easier every day. You can do this. Wake up and post roll first thing in the morning to keep your promise of no nicotine of any kind. Drink water and find something to take care of having something in your mouth. Toothpicks and seeds both work great. Let me know how I can help.

Glad to see you seek for guidance. The people here at KTC have been my life line brother. I'm on day 10 and trust me without KTC getting here would almost be impossible. Post roll every morning brother it helps!!!!!!

The best way to quit is to just do it. I woke up one day and just came here, posted roll and the rest is history. Lean on people here to keep you accountable. Just take it one day at a time. Hell, I had to take some days an hour at a time or minutes at a time. I chewed through a mountain of ranch sunflower seeds to get me past my rough points, but I got through it.

You can do this! Ask questions, read other peoples stories, there is lot of knowledge ad even more support here.

Keep at it. I am on day 6 and never thought I would be able to make it 12 hours. I used to chew when I had the flu/any illness.
Do not let it take over your brain anymore. The days are hard, but well worth it.
