After several failed attempts and endless excuses, it is time to kick this addiction.
I started chewing Cherry Skoal when I was 15 and chewed that till I was 18. Switched to Copenhagen at 18 and have chewed it for the last 14 years. In that time I have dabbled with cigarettes and cigars but kicked those because they were worse for my health right ? What a douchebag!
During my time on the Copie train, I have lost a Mother, Mother in Law, Uncle and 2 grandparents to cancer. Not to mention many work acquaintances.
I do not want my wife and two beautiful daughters to feel the pain I felt watching a parent die. It is time to end this addiction.
Thanks to all who have started such a great avenue. Without your stories, I probably would have fallen off a few days ago. I am now on Day 5 after quitting New Years Day!

Excellent choice! Use the support, post roll every day and just quit for today....or quit for half a day whatever it takes!
