Hello all, my name is Beau. I have been dipping since I was 11 years old and will be 30 in August. So I've been at it for a while. I was in the Air Force for 10 years, and now working on turbine engines. I decided to quit because of obvious health reasons, and the ole' lady doesnt like it too much. Says I need to quit before we get married. Shes smart so I figure I would listen to her. Anyone close to Dallas, TX let me know. Thats all for now.

Beau welcome. If you're going to be quit...really quit, you have to do it for you and you alone. Cause if you sorta want to quit but your girl absolutely wants you to quit...it's not enough. In fact it sounds like a recipe for becoming a ninja dipper. The stones it takes to quit everyday, to fight through every crave have to come from something inside, something that hates being addicted to dip and you wants to take control of your fucking life again. If you can muster up some anger...you can do this. Good luck Brutha.

Dive in and drink the kool aid. This is the best thing you can do for you. I dipped longer than you have lived so believe in yourself. You can do this. You must do this for yourself. Take back your life and stop being a slave to the can. Post roll and read. There is no way I could have done this alone. My quit family has made this insurmountable feat possible. Embrace the suck and fight for your freedom. Ask for help when you need it. Get through these first few days. Remember them and learn from them.
I sure would like to hear that you want to quit for you and not because, "...the ole' lady doesnt like it too much. Says I need to quit before we get married."
