Hello All - Great website! I have a lot of respect what everyone is doing here. Quit yesterday after a solid 6 years of chewing. 26 hours in! Some really great tools on here. Thank you.!

I see you posted in October 14 - nice work, almost got roll posted correctly on your first try, much better than my first roll post. Someone picked you up and you're on. Check the Welcome Center (http://forum.killthecan.org/forum/55560/) out for notes on how to post roll. Ask any questions here, in Oct. or pm someone. Now the next step is to read, check the place out, get to know some quitters - it will help you quit.

congratulations, I see you made Roll! By doing so, you picked up the most effective tool here. Make your promise first thing each day. Take nicotine off the table right away, and concentrate on getting through today. I promise you this will get better real soon. Before you know it, you will know the taste of freedom.

Read EVERYTHING on KTC! There is a proven plan laid out for us to quit by; the plan works. Learn the plan; then live the plan, and you can win your freedom back. Post roll everyday. Posting roll is the cornerstone to quitting. Get involved and make friends. The more accountability you build up the better. Reach out if you need it. Get on KTC when you are craving; use live chat if you are feeling weak. Call or txt before you make a bad decision. PM me if you need a number or anything else.
