im almost 30 and i finally have a family and a reason to not be selfish. ive been dipping since 18. im sick of it but it is such a part of my identity and when i see someone buying a can or dipping it makes me want to partake as well. i rationalize every day why it would be ok to chew but deep down i know i wil not be happy with myself until i overcome my addiction.

There is only one way to overcome your addiction - don't use nicotine. Never again for any reason, not once! Being part of your identity is just a big fucking lie. Do you really think putting a stinky cat turd in your mouth then spitting like a low class jackass is your identity? Looking like a douche bag is your identity? Your drug will tell you anything to keep you hooked. Remember there is no try. Either quit or continue your douche bag identity.

Cole help me understand, you joined awhile back. Give us your story. The full story. We are here to help support you but what took you so long to man up and post roll and give an intro or did you do all that in a previous group and cave.

From the August13 group:
1 I quit quitting. I decided to ignoere my core beliefs and just chew with the
Mentality that ill deal with it later.
2 I dont really remember how.it happened I just bought a can thinking no one would know and I would only chew once n a while but it turned out to he full on in no time.
3 this time I will get numbers and post everyday and talk to someone if I feel like caving.
Ps diz are you the judger of what reasons are good and bad ? Reasons why people quit shouldn't be evaluated and ranked simply on your opinion. If I want my wife.off my back that's a perfectly fine reason to come in here and post roll. Who doesn't want a better relationship with their significant other ?
Weak at best...at the VERY best. You owe an accounting to your old group. And you DEFINITELY owe your new group an explanation. You also owe them the courtesy of letting them know what pitfalls await them. Your answer is pathetically vague. It help no one, you or your quit mates.
Let's go again, What happened? Why? What's gonna be different? (Hint: the fact that you put the word "try" in the thread title tells me a little...)

Hey man, you've come to the right place. I'm new to KTC myself, but I can tell you so far this has been a useful tool in helping fight my nicotine addiction. The best advice I can give is to just read as much as you can on this website. Read the cancer stories, look at the pictures, and just ask yourself if it's really worth it. I can tell you my cravings are getting easier and easier to battle the more I read the stories on here and the more I see the lives that tobacco has ruined. Stay strong buddy and kick this addiction's ass!

Answer the questions! You owe it to everyone. You can do this if you really want it and you will be proud of yourself and the freedom will be awesome.

You gotta rrrrreeeeeaaaaaallllllllyyyyyyy want it!
It also helps to see tobacco for what it really is.
I mean, would you really put a 357 pistol barrell in your mouth? I won't...ever again. NAFAR
Would you really play in I-95, I-85 or I-10 traffic? I won't and I won't ever forget what tobacco REALLY is......POISON and EARLY DEATH!!
