Hi everyone, I'm new here, just recently quit my beloved copenhagen, after about 5 yrs, all is going well, using hooch spitfire to help with the cravings, its working good, mornings are the hardest by far.

Learn to HATE everything about tobacco and this will be much easier. If you need some motivation look around the site. Big Tobacco has been fucking you/us for years.

Learn the truth about their tactics and you will NEVER want to give them another penny.

Only 5 years? That bit*h would love to use you for the next 15 to 20 if she had her choice. As another person said, there is nothing beloved about it. I, myself, was stupid that ever start it and I am to blame for everything that followed. I only have 49 days but I am that much more grateful b/c 49 is better than nothing.
