Welcome Brent
Use the website brother. Working out helps with a lot of aspects in your life. So I'm curious, why are you quitting?
-
Im sick and tired of having to rely on something. I am a strong person and hate the feeling that I depend on something just to make it through the day.
Being in college doesnt help either, everyone smokes and dips and all that.
I have been back and forth smoking and dipping. I just recently got sick from smoking, my throat got very inflammed and i had some bumps show up. The doc told me that the bumps were mucus/infection pockets that will go away. But also told me that the road i am going down will give me cancer. And i dont want that. I have too much to be happy for and i dont want to die for something stupid.

Nice Brent. Now I suggest you come back often and re-read what you just wrote - during craves, when you're feeling good, those days you don't feel like logging in and posting roll, etc....

Welcome aboard Brent! Glad to have you.
You're a very smart man for quitting right now. I wish I would have had the common sense back then to do what you're doing now. Do whatever works for you to get through this. You've got balls the size of church bells my man. Stick it out!
The quit I mean. Not your balls.
Day 2 sucks. Day 3 sucks. But day 4 just might suck a little less. And so it will go. On and on...
I'm day 46. Over 20 years of Redman in my cheeks. Trust me, you can do this. It gets easier the farther you go. It ain't easy, but it does get easier.
Don't forget about the chat room.
Hang tough brother!
