My name is Hank and I have been dipping since US Army Ranger School in 1989. I quit in 1991 then started again 6 months later. I have quit a few times but the last was in 2001 (lasted 2 years). Just had gum surgery on the 13th of November and that was my quit date. This sucks and I am not dipping again after enduring that surgery. Feel like by body is in shock and I have an army of demons in my head. Only slept 2 hours last night and I feel like my head is going to explode. Going through a divorce probably does not help either. Need some fire support bigtime today.

hay hank man i quit on the 13th a novemember to. back in 2008 tho.

what you need to do next is this. click on that pink 'WELCOME CENTER' link at the top a the page. reed up on why we post up on roll call. reed it agin. then reed up on how to post up roll. then head on over to the feb 2012 hof groop (http://forum.killthecan.org/index.php?showtopic=5397) and post up roll. man the home page can evin do the math for ya and telll ya what day your on. its prolly day 31 but you otta check it any ways.

Hey man, welcome aboard. If your quit date was 11/13/11, it looks like you'll be posting up with me and the rest of the crew in the February Group. Fuck yes hank. Obviously you know how important it is to quit now, and you have come to best damn place for it.
READ EVERYTHING on this site. Nothing else will be more helpful, besides posting roll call every morning promising us you aint gonna fingerbang that round can FOR JUST THAT DAY.
We go on a day by day policy, sometimes minute by minute. If you can just make to the next day you will be good. slow is smooth, and smooth is fast right?
