Hi everyone, mt name is wesly, i have dipped copenhagen snuff for 18 years. I quite dipping march 24, 2015 cold turkey! it has been a tough road so far with emotions And my brain telling me every second I need a pinch. But I stand strong so far for the freedom that I have read from many of your post, look forward to beating this.

Congrats -- is this your first attempt at a quit? If it is not your first then what is going to be different about this time as compared to the other times.

Welcome! This will be one of the best decisions of your life. It will be hard, but it is also simple. Post roll every day, this is your promise not to use any form of nicotine. Get through each day minute by minute if need be.

Why not post roll in July '15 and start making some contacts here. Its a lot easier if you get involved. The more you put into this the easer it is.
