Title: Regret stems from staying in your lane
Post by: Smilemore! on February 22, 2016, 10:09:00 PM
This looks to be harder than i could have ever imagined, with my wife right next to me and my son telling me my breath stinks for the last time ive had enough, time to shine outside of my lane. No more ground hogs day. You get out of life what you put in to it. I will chew one last time at 12:00 pm ...and say my fairwells. Wish me luck! thanks in advance for any support , im going to need it, no shame

Ahhh, the ole one last chew then I quit. You know how many of us said that hundreds of times? How about you pour that stuff out and Quit? That's what we do here. There is never a better time to quit than RIGHT NOW. Then go post your promise not to use nicotine Today in either the May 2016 pre HOF group or the June one, depending on when you quit.

Dano's right but... If you dump the contents in the toilet and all of it all you have to do tomorrow is not go buy any more. Do it for any can, old or new.

If you still intend to chew through the night you're making a mistake. Dump it out now.

Man you caved before you even started. Now trash that can and become a man! Go to your quit group and post roll if you want to board the KTC train.
You have to quit EDD and take it ODAAT (one day at a time) as members here refer to it.
You can do this brother.

I doubt it, he posted this 2 days ago and hasn't done anything since.
He has already lost, SAD.

So, how'd this all work out?

Dude probably has had a lipper in since he made his "declaration".

You're either Quit, or you're not.

Right now. That's the key. I quit yesterday, within an hour of buying a new can. Came here, decided I had found enough support to do this, and poured that shite in the toilet. Then I rinsed the can (there's always a small chew left in an empty can) and tossed it. Three hours later, I drove home and did the same thing with my can at home.
