Active 53 year old male smoked cigars - could not smoke at work so started a relationship with Kodiak about 7 years ago increased usage to about a tin every two days. had enough. on 7/9/13 quit. one week of hell followed by three pretty good weeks then hit week five which feels like i went backwards. know a little about addiction. enough to know that nicotine is a crazy little bastard. i found this site while looking for some relief on the internet sure glad i found all of you. thank you for making me feel welcome. one day at a time

Thank you for posting up your intro. It is a pleasure having you as part of the group. Now all you got to do is keep posting roll like you have been in October and I will be the nice guy (trying something new today) and add you to our Quitter Accountability Sheet.

read read read get active meet your group reach out make connections. the addiction cycle is a crazy bastard that's why it is important to arm yourself with tons of info about your opponent the nic bitch.

Glad to have you on board and taking your life back. This site and all the people on it have been a huge help to me in finding my way. I'm under two weeks so what the hell do I know. The only thing I'm sure of is that I'm quit today with guys like you.
