Title: Ready
Post by: Jamesmichigan on March 13, 2016, 06:55:00 PM
Hello my name is James and I just recently came across this site. I have quit for only 4 days now but am feeling good about it and moving forward. I have chewed since I was 19 till now at 29. I just recently lost around 90 lbs and thought it was about time for a new challenge. If I am having a bad day or need guidance I am looking forward to talking with members here. When I destroy this habit I will be living a very healthy and alcohol/tobacco free life.

Hey James, great decision to sign up here if you are serious about quitting. I'm on my phone so I'm not going to be able to post the links but hopefully you can navigate to your group which will be Pre HOF June.

Once there you will post roll and you will post roll every day, no questions, no excuses. The roll post is a promise not to use nicotine for the day. Everything we do at KTC revolves around this.

Once you find your group and post roll, let everyone know some things about you and try to get some phone numbers. This place is based on accountability and you will need people holding you accountable every day.

Have faith. Have faith that the process here works. Have faith that if you buy in, then you will reap the reward.

James, once you realize this is not a habit but an addiction, your ability to quit will become much stronger.

Congr.....Well I would say congrats on the quit, but you only posted the first day here, 4 days ago, once you get serious, I will officially congratulate you, until then, get your hand out of that can, throw it away and commit.
Commitment is an everyday thing for an addict, yes you are an addict.
This site is a good resource to help you stay quit if you want it bad enough.

What we do here works. If you truly want to quit, jump in. Flush whatever shit you still have. Post roll. Keep your word. It's not easy, but it's worth it.

Please understand that the foundation of this site is posting roll every day. Think of it as your cost of admission. Every thing else comes after posting roll. Daily involvement is what makes it work.

If you're not going to follow the program here that is proven to work, why hang around?

If you want to do it your way, why waste your time (and ours) here?
