Hey everyone my father actually recommended this page to me as he used to chew and this site helped him quit, heÂ’s now 5 years clean so I figured fuck it this tin is controlling me and i figured itÂ’s time to kick the Can after a year of this shit.

Welcome brother...You have made it to the right place. Reach out, post often and listen to those around who have walked this road before you. You are starting off on an up hill battle which is very steep. You will never make it to the top but the road does get easier. You can do this but doing it alone is foolishness. Stick with it and post everyday and welcome aboard.
