Hey everyone my name is Josh, I'm a 29 year old teacher, wrestling/football coach. I started dipping when I was 15 and last night I took my last dip out of my can of red seal and decided to buy herbal smokey mountain dip instead. Today hasn't been that bad. I'm approaching the 24 hour mark and I'm craving a big dip right now. I guess if I've made it this far why turn back now. One day at a time. I'm very grumpy and hungry and I know it the nicotine addiction that is making me feel that way. Well that's my story just wanted to post to keep my mind off of the dip. Thanks
