Title: New to the board and today is my first day quit

Just wanted to say hello to everyone and get started on this hard path to quitting. I'm looking foward to talking with y'all about different ways to beat this habit.

Welcome....congratulations on a wise decision. Get invovled, read and post, everywhere  everything. Don't forget the KTC homepage. Tons of good stuff on it. Drink your water and flush the poisons out.
