Hey all...

Dipped, smoked, dipped/smoked for the last 24 years.

Took my last dip on Wednesday, February 10th at 3:00 in the afternoon. So, today makes this day five nic free. Found your lovely site not long after.

Bloody hell - this has to be one of the toughest things I've ever done at ground level.
