Have you joined the May 2012 quit group? If not, head on over to the WELCOME CENTER (link in red at the upper left of the screen) and read all about posting roll. Then give it a try. Also do all the reading you can at KillTheCan.org. Info is power when it comes to quitting.

We are a nic-free site, meaning that we quit cold turkey. No nic gum, patches or tobacco products.

Yeah, that was Sarcasm. This is not: great job posting roll brother. Welcome aboard. Fight. Freedom is worth every fucking moment of pain. That's what it comes down to. You will enjoy that fight someday.
