Today I HAVE HAD MY FINAL DIP after 11 years of dipping. Threw away all the empty cans, spitters, and what was left of my final can. It is time to take control.

Its a promise to those quittin with your that you will quit. You will be quitting with me (day4) and the other Feb Fucksticks. Its been drama central, a lot of us are grumpy and we are getting real fed up with cavers. SO DON'T CAVE.
If you don't know already your in for a rough few days. Plan for it don't be passive. Agressively and actively deal with your cravings and read all the gibbrish on this site. See you in the Feb quit group.

Both of you guys get into the Welcome Center (http://forum.killthecan.org/index.php?showforum=13) and start reading. Learn how and why we post roll every day, first thing. It's all about accountability, yours, mine, everyone's.
Once you've figured out how and why, get into the February 2012 group and post your days. If today you decided to take your lives back, post a "Day 1". Once you do that, prepare yourselves for a landslide of support. Everyone here has been where you are today. We've done this and you can too. Just holler out if you need some help with anything.

We quit one day at a time. Every day we promise our Quit brothers we won't use nicotine, and then we make good on that promise. That's how we quit.
Congratulations on taking back your life. Now post roll and make a promise, and do it again first thing tomorrow.
Also, read everything you can on this site and learn how to prepare yourself to deal with the suck. It's going to be a few days of hell followed by increasingly tolerable days. Prepare yourself and be ready to do whatever you have to do in order to tell the nic bitch to FUCK OFF once and for all.
