Hello, I'm a Nicotine addict! I was a slave to Skoal and Copenhagen for 15 years, and ready to get to quitting. I already posted Day 1 and got some numbers... :lol: It's gonna be a bumpy ride, I can tell!

Congrats on your decision and welcome to the team.

Yes it will be bumpy. Yes it will suck. Stay close to the site. Read how others are going through the same thing. Post roll every day. Post how much it sucks so others know they are not alone in this.

But it will get better. Just stick to it. And as you move along, be sure to follow those who come after so you remember the suck and won't want to go back to it. I recently realized that the new people help me just as much as the vets do.

I'm on day 7 no Kodiak. I am 100% dedicated to quitting-been going through some withdrawls, so glad I found this place. Tomorrow I will kick day 8's ass!!!
