Great choice! You have roll down and are holding your fellows accountable. Excellent!

You may want to use this intro as a quit log, to document your suck and victories throughout your quit. Getting past a coworker offering dip is a big win over nicotine, perhaps note that here as well as in roll.

Quit hard!

Amen on what Nomore said, keep us informed on your quit, how you are feeling, etc.. chances are the 25,000+ members on here have an answer or experience they can share. chances are we've been through it before.

Nice job on your quit. Quitting on Christmas eve is bad-ass with all the added stress! I just had my first nic-free Christmas since probably 1987. And it is wonderful

We're here for you brother, i quit with you today

'oh yeah'

Christmas Eve quitting is awesome. I picked that day too - 3 years ago. If some lame dude like me can do it, you can too. You won't believe how good freedom feels.

By the way , when craves happen, remember... Today you are winning. After thousands of days of losing. The craves, the fog, the pain... This isn't what life will be like going forward. What you are going through us sooooo worth what is ahead.

If you need a number or if I can help - shoot me a pm. Proud and honored to quit with you today, sir.

Amazing day to quit - Christmas Eve. I hope you enjoyed your first tobacco free Christmas. So you have just gone through three tough days and the tobacco is now out of your system! Now you will be fighting through one day at a time. My advice - drink plenty of Orange Juice. It has sugars that make up for the sugars that are created when using nicotine. Next, distract your mind and think of anything but snuff. If you dwell on the quit it will make it harder. So, instead, distract your self and think about work, your family, anything but the dip.

Congratulations on your quit. I quit with you today.

Sleep as much as you can the first week or 2. it helps get the cravings out of the way I think... Don't ever look back dude. Forward is the only direction.

Elkslayer, WA brother,
Congrats on your day 100.
It's a huge deal, but a bigger deal to keep posting every day.
Stay strong, be aware, stay connected, you'll need the support down the line.
Someday we'll meet and our quits will get even stronger!
