Hello guys,
My name is Luh, I am 25 years-old and I had been smoking cigarettes and dipping ever since I was 17.
I quit cigs 2 months ago and yesterday I decided it would also be my last pinch.
I'm not doing this for anyone else but me.
I am just tired of depending on something.
First I killed my addiction for cigs, and now I will kill the last of my addictions, the can.
Thank you for the space.
I believe I am in the January 2014 group. And that's the month of my birthday (Jan. 7).
Y'all take care and stay strong!

Luh, great choice to quit. Quitter and KTC 101 can be found in the welcome center, read everything! All the tools and support you need to quit are right here waiting for you. Own your quit and get involved. Post roll if you have not done so yet, and fight like your life depends on it. PM me if you need anything.

There are so many things to learn, and KTC is the best place to learn about your enemy and your addiction. Keep reading and researching.
Btw, you didnt kill your addiction of cigs. The same addictive drug that is in cigs is in dip. Nicotine. We all fight it here. Here at KTC, you can beat your addiction one day at a time. Listen to the vets. They have walked the walk and know the "path" to quit and also the "paths" to avoid.

Congrats and welcome to both of you! I hope you two have pm'd eachother your phone numbers - text, call and talk - get to know one another. It will help you to have someone to lean on here, better yet get numbers for ten or twelve people and grow that number. Right now I've got numbers for over 50 quit brothers and there are guys here who have way more than that. If you want another number (i.e. - more accountability) throw me a pm with your number in it, I'll send mine right back. You can also get to know some quitters in live chat, if you haven't tried it out yet jump in, I've always found the evening to be the busy time but there are people in and out at all hours! Again, welcome.

Welcome to KTC my friend and congrats on quitting. Quitting that stuff is the best decision you could possibly make. All its good for is putting you in an early grave. I will quit with you all day any day!!! If you need anything at feel free to pm me.
