Hello fellow quitters! My name is Keith, and I'm 36 years old. I've been dipping for over 20 years, and for the most part was a Ninja Dipper. I've tried to quit several times, but was unsuccessful; either because I wasn't 100% ready, or it was for someone else other than myself! Now I'm doing it for me! And the awesome thing is now I have all of you to help me out! One day at at time! I posted day 1 today in November group!

Congratulations Keith! Post roll Edd ODAAT! Damn proud of you! Drink as much water as possible for awhile. Headaches, constipation and fog are going to normal for you for awhile. You will probably also be an asshole to everyone, so walk away and bring your ass in here or your group and bitch, vent, scream whatever we've all been there. We're all addicts just like you and that's why it's damn near impossible to do this alone. I dipped 38 years, stopped briefly numerous times only to have my brain trick me right back where I was. Now 594 days later I'm quit today and will be posting roll as soon as I wake in the morning. This is your quit, own it! Quit on! Number is a pm away!

Hey Brotha. If your serious about turning your life around, you are in the right place. I dipped 3o+ years. Never was able to even slow down till I found KTC. Give it all you got. Turn off the TV and spend all your time on this site. Take every hand up offered to you and you will be successful day by day. And the days Quit will just begin to add up. It really does seem like yesterday I posted Day 1. Now its Day 1085. Seems forever looking ahead. Seems like yesterday looking back. Give me a holler/pm. Ill quit with you Bro.

Welcome Keith!
This website is a great tool to help you succeed in your quit. Though I am still fairly early in my own quit if it wasn't for this site and the support I get from fellow quitters I'm not sure where I would be so far in my journey.
