Title: quitting today

hi guys....

34 years old. been dipping two years. I go through a can of grizzly wintergreen mint pouches a day. never spit, always swallow. it's getting to the point where I feel like a complete slave. I just tossed my stuff down the toilet, empty cans in the trash. im tired of feel extreme anxiety if I leave my can at home when I go someplace. tired of having the taste in my mouth...it's no longer enjoyable, but I feel like I HAVE to do it. from the time I wake up at 0430 each morning, until bedtime at 11pm. I can't continue this stuff anymore. 'help'

Congrats on the most important decision of your life! All ofus hereare addicts but we choose to keep nic the fuck away one day at a time.

This site has the most badd ass quitters who will take a bullet for your quit.... but we can't quit for you. Head over to June 16 quit group; all at ktc r herevto help but your quig group is hitting milestones together.

Come here when u need to vent. Do not take it out on loved ones. Pound water so u piss every 15 minutes! Read resd read on here. 1st 50 days of my quit i rea d the Tom and Jenny Kern story daily. A remindd r why ghis is life or death.

Ain't gonna lie its gonns suck till it doesn't. Don't think about tomorrow focus on the now!

Congrats on deciding to quit, I too was a slave to grizzly pouches. Post roll, stay quit.

Damn straight '96 grad here. Golf course superintendent by trade. You still in Indiana?

yep....just moved back after living in California. I actually work at Purdue's airport, but live in indy. former airline pilot, now work for the faa.
