Hello everyone, I'm pretty new to this.
Real quick I'm only 22, only dipped for about 3 years, on and off and then a can a day for the past year and a half, and looking back..that was a fuck ton of money.
Last week I had a tooth pulled, and the dentist told me no tobacco for 48 hours and no spitting for 72, well that didn't matter much cause the Vicodin took care of the initial cravings, but the other day I was pulling my hair out, and stumbled across you guys, and the smokeless alternatives...SMC which has helped a lot, but man am I pissed at....everything. So this is just a place to rant and rave with other people who understand.

We are all glad to have you here. This is the best decision you can possibly make for your future. Don't let yourself down.
Now... look up above and there is a pink link called the "WELCOME CENTER". Check that out.
What you need to do first is find your quit group which will be labeled as the month in which you reach 100 days quit... the "Hall of Fame". Read how to post roll and do so in that group.
That roll call post is your promise to not use tobacco for that day.
I can assure you that it gets MUCH better. Don't let this opportunity go to waste!
