Title: Quitting today; 37 minutes in right before bed

Hello!
My name is Brett Cass, I'm 18 years old and I have been chewing for 2 years. I've tried to quit multiple times, but the longest I've ever gone has been 3 weeks. I'm ready to be done with it and not have to worry anymore. I'm 37 minutes quit and can't wait to start the first few hellish days of quitting!

Welcome Brett!!

I noticed you already started posting roll with the November group; awesome way to start your quit. A lot of people on this site are here to help; it could be others in your support group or the KTC vets. Never feel afraid to PM me or any of the others guys if you need advice, help, or any other general questions.

Hope you crush your addiction with the November group!!
