Caz- You are a young man and wise beyond your years. I began dipping daily 7 years before u were born. STOP NOW! There is nothing COOL about spitting tobacco juice on the ground. Chicks DO NOT dig it. It does not make your pecker any longer. It does not make you a tough guy. It costs too much, makes your breath stink, Kills you slowly, makes you lie to your friends and family, it is your enemy not your friend. While this will not be easy, you can do this...we will help. See you in the HOF.

Caz, you are the man. Take a look around at everybody on this site. The vast majority of us started dipping when we were in our teens. Now most of us are in our 40's and fighting to throw off the demon which has been attached to us for so long.
You are doing the right thing. Get rid of the nic bitch now and never turn to it again. Otherwise, you will be a slave to the bitch for years to come. The next thing you know, you will be 45 years old and still fighting this addiction.
You got plenty of support here. Let's do it brother.

Way to go Caz!!
This is the best choice you've made in your life. Stop this shit now before your a 40 year old addict who has spent over $50,000 to the NIC BITCH!! (LIKE MOST OF US HERE!!)
Read as much as you can on this site, you've come to the right place.

I don't like the " I enjoyed my last dip" part.

I agree. Didn't hear the urgency to stop either. I donÂ’t like to question anyoneÂ’s quit but I donÂ’t recognize the desire to quit.
Prove me wrong Caz. Post up and prove me wrong.
