Title: New kid in town

Hi fellow can-canners--

I just joined the group so I don't know my way around yet. Name is Matt- my quit date was Nov 6th 2007. Cold turkey quit. User for 5 years total- 2 years then a 25 year quit and then bought a can on a lark- and pow- hooked again for three more years. Things aren't too bad-- but a get phantom whiffs/tastes of tobacco occasionally. Jus t taking a day at a time. I still "miss" it though.

COngradulations on saving your life!!!!! You are in the March 2008 quit group, so head over there and begin the best journey you will ever take, use everyone on here and the posts as a strength in your quit!!
