Been doing Skoal for about 50 years. 2016 will be the year I'm nicotine free. I wont ever go back!
50 years!!!!??!! Damn, I thought I was hopeless at 35 or so.
The good news my friend, old geezers like us can free ourselves from nicotine.
The bad news is it will suck at the beginning. Until it then gets better.
So:
1. Flush all cans down the toilet. Temptation is not your friend.
2. Post roll, your promise to use no nicotine for 24 hours with the April 2016 quit group (you get to 100 days quit in April). Exchange digits with those guys. A text can save your quit.
3. Exercise, drink lots of water, and read here for knowledge and inspiration.
PM me your digits and we can reminisce about rotary phones and tv rabbit ears while we escape nicotine's clutches.

Make that promise to not pick that can up ever again, you will want to, but don't give in to the Nic Bitch. She will whisper sweet nothings in your ear to get you to re-commit to her, I now she is sexy to look, she is a 10 right now, but like the saying goes, I went to bed at 2 with a 10 and woke up at 10 with a 2. That's what she will look like after some time a 2, then she will just disgust you to look at her. Hang in there we are all here for you!

So noskoal I hope you decide to quit in 2016 , I guess today wasn't the right day so you still got some 300 + days that is if you don't get cancer before you decide to quit. Come on dude be a grown ass man pick up your sac and kick the bitch to the curb!
