Welcome to KTC ItsTime! First thing you need to do if you haven't already is, head on over to the April 13' quit group and post roll call and make your promise not to use. If you need any help with that all you have to do is pm me. Check out the salmon colored welcome center in the top left of your screen and read all you can. It will teach you about posting roll as well. This site is filled with some awesome quitter's and all kind's of great support. Since you are on day 4 all the nicotine should be out of your system by now so, it is mostly just mind game's and lie's from the nic bitch from this point. Remember how this time feel's and how the first week is so, you will know that you never want to go through another day 1. Reach out all you can to all your quit brother's and sister's and get yourself some number's and start that support line. I quit with you today and if you need anything at all just pm me.

You can do this. There are quite a few of us that are 35+ year addicts and the support is awesome. You are a member of April 2013 group go to the welcome center learn how to post roll and do it every morning! Posting roll is a promise you make to yourself and group to be nic free for the day. Pm for help or questions.

This is your first and last time to quit. Every attempt before this were just little breaks. You're quit. Get through the 72 hours, let your body cleanse the nic out of its system, and never go back to where you are right now. Never.

welcome to the smart people club.. take solace in what you're doing. I quit nic and in turn it has changed my life.. One day at a time, and if you feel out of sorts exercise.. The more you do the better you'll feel.. I'm 150 or so days, and I'm simply a different person now... wish this site was around when I was young, but probably couldn't get it on a walkman anyway lol... pm if you need anything... quit with you
