Hello all...I am glad I found a group of people that understand what this habit is all about. I am a can and a half a day Copenhagen snuff user. It has been this way for 15 years. Three days ago I decided I did not want it anymore..and I'm glad to say that I have been cope free for three days. I'm still in a fog and I have mouth sores from chewing so many sunflower seeds. Any recommendations for the best fake products?

First of all we all know about addiction (not habit). While most of us have gone smokeless, any form of nicotine feeds our addiction. It may seem harsh, but once you realize you are addicted you'll move through the quit and stay quit.

Please start posting your daily promise within your quit group. We quit one day at a time.

Best fake products - Head over to the Blog site. Chewie had posted a lot of great reviews that I found helpful.

Great decision to quit. Having a lot of different replacement oral fixations is huge.

Yea I know it's an addiction I just always called it a nasty habit. Thanks for pointing out the reviews on the fakes., I really haven't looked around the site much but so far it looks awesome. What's the roll call?

Seeds, gum, candy, cough drops (better than candy), fake dip (I found smokey mountain at Walmart--it helped). Have it all handy!

You post roll with your monthly group, based on when your 100 day of quit will be. Thus, you are part of the May group. My signature block has links to video instructions.
