I both chewed and smoked cigars. Hell, I even smoked cigars while chewing. I was originally stupid and thought I could hold on to the cigars and quit the snuff. Through this site and the grace of God, I am now quit for both for 160 days. As you become more informed, it's unconscionable the amount of nicotene they pump into a cigar or can of chew. Good luck on your journey to cut nicotene out of your life.

This is a Nicotine quitting site. The delivery method (chew, cigs, smokes, nic gum, patch, etc) doesn't matter. Just man up, post roll in the February quit group, and begin the journey to save your life. You will love it and your family will appreciate you being around for a very long time.

We may be a bunch of degenerate ex-dippers, but we have our share of ex-smokers here too. We're not prejudiced.

C'mon in! The quittin' is good in here.

You can understand how a smoker may feel out of place here at Kill the "can".
