I'm Jason. I'm 35, and after 28 years of either smoking or chewing, it's time to quit. (Yes, you're doing the math right... I was 7)...
I've tried many times in the past... and always relapsed... Never had much for support before though and I'm damned determined this time, so this time will be different.

Welcome...I'm 42 and like you had tried many times......I am on day 224 and will not dip today....because i posted roll, gave my word and respect this site and the quitters that have paved the way to help me.
One day at a time...over and over....that's how we roll.
Post roll first thing each morning....takes nic off the table that day...no matter what. You need help, ask.....someone is always here and we will help pick you up when you need it....and you will, we all did and continue to.
Read all you can, learn and get involved.
Nobody involved everyday in utilizing all the tools this site offers has ever caved.....you won't be the first.
Welcome. Look forward to getting to know you and quittin with you.
