Just quit today and man it has a been a bitch. Especially with my job I deliver auto parts and driving is when I crave one the most. But I made through the first three days are hard.

It will become good.
There are hints of good, about quiting everyday.
They get Stronger.
Focus on the positive.
Keep your mind off the negative.
We get to choose if our cup is half full.
Or half empty.
