Hey all I'm new here, tonight starts my day 1 of quitting dip. I did it under aged and realized it was no good for me! Here I am now at 18 and a freshman in college. The stress got to me and I went and got me a can and screwed myself, and I know myself I'm better than that. Well its time to quit once and for all!! I already workout so that helps me out! If there is anyone else here from the Kilgore, tx area that would be awesome! Its time to go from about a can a week to nothing!

Welcome New Guy. Read up on posting roll in the Welcome Center on the main page. It will give you the how, why, and when for posting roll. When you post roll, you promise yourself and all your quit brothers and sisters that you will not use nicotine in any form today. Keep that promise, wake up and repeat. Simple as that.
Do yourself a favor and make sure you quit now before a can a week becomes a can a day, becomes two cans a day, etc. Quit before you get cancer, you aren't too young: Sean Marsee (http://forum.killthecan.org/topic/1009362/1/#new)
Every dip you take is a game of Russian roulette with fate. Post roll, be a man of integrity, and you won't ever have to worry about that. Get on roll, you won't regret it.

I really wish there was a daily roll call back in 1978 or so and then MAYBE I would not be here posting as an addict. LOL
