Title: posting roll
Post by: mheltun on September 25, 2011, 08:48:00 PM
Why is when I post roll call (december quitters) I get pushed over to the support group. I try to post roll call each day but there are some days I do not have internet axcess, although I just recently figured out how to do it via mobile (android. phone). I have been nicotine free since sep/12/11 and a lot of thanks goes to this site , I have a lot of friends and co workers that still "chew" which makes it hard but will hang in there.

It looks like you posted in support. You gotta scroll up and find the bottom of the quitters bro.

working with people that still chew is so hard. You just have to tell yourself "It's not an option" I see people that I know and strangers with the can in their pocket. I've got to the point that I will tell some friends to not give me any if I get weak. Just in case.
Stay strong! Glad to be quit with you!

You don't dip anymore bro. Those funyons should be asking for some of your quit. They're the weak ones. You got this.

I imagine it is different for everyone. I just spent 2 days with a copilot that was a dipper. I told him all about this site and I hope he checks it out since he wants to quit.

He chewed in front of me for 2 days, I of course told him it was ok. It did not make me want to cave or even give me cravings at all. I have my triggers that make me think about it...but watching someone else chew was not a challenge.

If anything it reinforced my quit. I WILL NOT put that gun against my head again.

Period.
