Title: Quitting Dip
Post by: teachingandlearning on June 22, 2014, 02:32:00 PM
Hi all. I am joining the killthecan community to aid my quit. I have dipped for right around 6 years but I am getting married and it is time to quit. I am looking forward to chatting with other people who have shared the battle. Here is to dip free days!

Get into the Pre-HOF Sept 2014 quit group (Sultans) and do the following:

1. Go the last page (somewhere around p.247) Quote the LATEST roll post.
2. Left click the bottom box.
3. Ctrl + A
4. Ctrl + X
5. Left click in the top box.
6. Ctrl +V
7. Add your name and number of days to the BOTTOM of the Bad-Ass Quitters section.

Click post reply.

It takes some practice, but you'll get it. Start to read everything you can on the site, but posting roll is the number 1 thing you'll do here. By promising yourself and all of us that you will not use nicotine in any form that day, you're setting up yourself for accountability and brother/sisterhood. That's are the two key facets that will be ground into your head for the next few weeks. At that point you'll start to get it for yourself, but until then let it all soak-in. Proud to quit with you today.

Hi there sir or madam, you need to post roll to play in our sandbox. Posting roll is the bedrock to our quit, it shows that you can make a promise to us that you will not use nicotine today. I posted roll today, and as long as you haven't used nicotine come and post in your Sepember group. It is everything to us.
