I'm up to 4-5 snus at once I don't know how many times during the day. Looking at these lozenges, there 4mg a piece .. one snus packet is about 8-14 .. has anyone uses lozenges or gum?

Lozenges and gum do nothing but feed your addiction. You're just changing the delivery method. Dig down deep and go nicotine free.

Find the May 2018 Quit Group. Learn to post Roll, where you promise to quit all forms of nicotine for the day. Make the same promise tomorrow.

That shit is such a ripoff. Costs a fortune and instead of 7-8 days of hell its non stop because it doesn't kick the habit and its never enough. Plus they're expencive as fuck. If those worked the way they claim where it weens you off you'd be able to do it by just lowering the amount of snus you use wouldn't you? I've tried the gum way, spent a fortune to "take the edge off" but then pretty soon instead of one I was having two, then 4, then I was looking at how I spent a fortune on gum and I decided about two months into it that I might as well just buy a can and only have a dip now and then, then pretty soon I was spiraling back upwards to a tin a day. You give your brain a little taste of what it wants doesn't take the edge off. You think giving a starving person a cracker makes them less hungry? There is nothing that works besides cold turkey. Get some of the fake shit for the mouth feel if you need to. The non-nicotine variety, if you did snus I'd probably suggest grinds or smokey mountain pouches.
