Title: Time for a change
Post by: ChowBear on February 21, 2017, 07:13:00 AM
Today is the day. I wont let the can control me anymore. For 7 years I have been doing this from the time I wake up to the time I go to bed. I'm tired of waking up in the middle of the night and throwing a dip in. I threw away all of my dip and I am ready and committed to end the addiction. It hasn't just became a addiction but a way of life. I found a way to include it in everything I do. I told myself I'd quit when I was 18 but 3 years last I am still doing it. It is time to stop. I came to this site in hopes I would receive support from people who are or who have gone through the same thing. I am Zack by the way!

Welcome Zack  congrats on making this decision. It's not easy, especially for young guys, but I assure you that it won't get any easier by waiting and letting your addiction get even more ingrained in your life.

Looks like you found roll call, which is the first big step. That post represents your promise to stay nicotine free today. For today, nicotine is entirely off the table for you. Make that same promise tomorrow, as soon as you are reasonably able (WUPP - Wake Up Piss Post). Do that enough days in a row and you will be free. You'll always be an addict, but you don't have to be a slave to it anymore.

Let me know if I can help.
