I am two days into quitting. I finally realized that dipping was too big a part of my life and it wasn't worth ruining the relationship with my wife. I am excited to be a part of this website. I have tried to quit by myself before and now I realize that I can't do it by myself. I am here because I need help. I have been in the chats and I am pretty confident this place is for me and I can kick this shit!

Hey, Spanky. It was good to talk with you in chat. Welcome to KTC. And congratulations on making a great decision for your life. It's going to be no picnic for a couple of weeks, but I can feel your determination. Just stay real close to this site, post roll every day (Spot was good enough to do this for you today), read how others have quit and stayed quit, get to know your quit brothers and sisters, and lean on us...as much as you need to.

And when you're feeling up to it (no hurry, just when you're feeling it) please turn around and help those who are coming after you.
