Hello all,

Just wanted to drop by and say HI and state the fact that I am addicted to the little round can. Been Chewing for 20 years, kinda the thing to do when you are 18 and working in the woods, now at 39 I wish I never would have started. Tried quiting a couple times half ass in the past, this time I have way more incentive to quit and know its time.

Anyhow todays day 1 so here I go.

Thanks for the site, its great to have some help.
