New here been one day without. Turn 26 tomorrow been rubbing now for around 11 years along with smoking as well.
Work construction so I'm able to do it all day long and more at work than any other time. So it's very rough feels like it anyway. Have tried to quit a time or two never worked out. But am bound and determined to do it. I have a family now and more than just me to look to the future of.

Arrow, welcome to freedom. You are in the March group. Go to the welcome page for roll posting instructions.

The key to this site is accountability. Every day, wake up, piss and post WUPP. Make your daily promise to your group that you will not use nicotine in any form for that day and then....keep your promise until the next day. Simple, right? This is gonna be tough, it's gonna suck, but you have to lean on your group and embrace it. Celebrate even the smallest milestones. I understand just where you are at right now. I was there 197 days ago. Post roll now!

One day at a time. Post roll and stay vigilant. Never look back. Never look ahead.

I see you looking around. It's time to quit. Post roll in March. The band of quit brothers is waiting for you. It's not going to be easy but you got this. If I can quit after 32 years of that crap, you can too
