Mike - You made a great decision. A racing heart is nothing to mess around with. It sounds like you have a pretty good quit plan already. I quit with you today. Stay with it!

Great work, there is some great support and advice here.
My advice is to have a wide variety of candy, gum, and fake chew, etc. I use flavored toothpicks.
Stay active, build a network of support and quit each day.

Hi Mike,
50yo here. Dipped 37 yrs. Quit now 275 days. I chew gum like a mad man at times and use Bacc-Off non-tobacco chewing blend.
I'd love to talk with you about the nicotine effects with your heart if (and when) you are willing.
Quit with you today!
