Hi all, Bradley from Missouri here. I'm on day 4 of quiting and i hought the first 3 days were the hardest...well not for me. I've been chewing for 7+ years. Can of KD wintergreen/day. I'm not quite sure how this site works but reading through some posts this afternoon have kept me motivated.

About Me:
Dipped for 7+ years, Skoal Wnt, then Sk mint, then Cope Strait, but Kodiak Wnt for last 5. 1 can/day
Reasons for Quiting....
1. It's time
2. Wife hates it
3. Hate sneaking around to have a dip
4. Expecting a daughter any day now, what better way to welcome her then to quit this nasty habbit
5. Cost to much $
Hobbies: Deer hunting(1st one w/o a chew in 7 yrs was Friday), golf, fishing
Fav Sports Teams: STL Cardinals, Rams, MIZZOU Tigers, Dallas Cowb

Good decision on kicking your nicotine habit to the curb. This site can help. There are no short cuts, but here are some links that will help you navigate this site. Rule number one, this is a no nicotine site, period, end of story.
