A little about myself, I'm 26 with a wife and 2 amazing little girls. I started chewing nearly 8 years ago and haven't stopped since. I have kicked around the idea several times of wanting or "attempting" to quit only to fall short and continue the filthy habit. Today I'm ready to make a positive change and to better my health and improve any odds to being a better role model to my children. I suffer deeply with anxiety/panic attacks and have used nicotine as a crutch and replacement medicine for a long time. This road will be long, hard road but the result is worth it.

Congrats on the quit. Brother if you suffer from anxiety now, see a Dr. because it will get worse before it gets better.
Your quit group will be May, head over there and post roll and exchange some digits with the fellas.
I quit with you today.

Is it possible that efforts towards becoming the man your family deserves, specifically... not the selfish, lying pos we were in the past, can somehow reduces anxiety? Get on roll. Make your promise. Keep it. They deserve it. Hell, you deserve it. Find out.
