So I have recently decided to quit dipping, again. Here I am 35 years old and not man enough to control my own addictions. I have been dipping since I was a kid, my older brother thought it would be funny to see me try it and BOOM, I loved it. I quit dipping for a year a little while back, yea a year and thought to myself "I quit once, I can quit again when I get ready" well that was almost 2 years ago and here I am back at square one. I put the can down on March 28 so I am now on my fourth full day of no dipping. I get to go help coach my daughter's softball team tonight, where the other coaches will be spitting and looking happy, I'll get to smell that smell but never the less, I will continue to fight it.
Just signed up here today, just wanted to say hi...

Welcome to ktc. Now you are manning up and ditching that krap. I got a little wif of the stuff the other day and let me tell you it smelled like monkey terds. Never smelled monkey terds but i bet it was close. Keep your eyes and nose on the important things. Your daughter being a lot more important than the smell of monkey terds. I quit with you today and any that end in y.

You can and will do this if you choose to. The KTC group makes it possible to make yourself stronger. There is a lot of quit here and we are all willing to be quit with you now. You are making the choice. Good to be quit with you.
